Hi Jody! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today! Sorry the guest book was down...but I love knowing who has visited and where they are from! I love your cards! You have a beautiful CAS style! I wish I could do CAS better but I really struggle with them! Love the pretty basket you made for them! I was also reading your other blog... I am borderline diabetic and have to this point found little support from my Dr so am always on the lookout for diet guidelines. I do use whole grains and plan to try your Quinoa salad!
